• (d) Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Apple, as social login authentication providers.
• (e) Base44, as the backend platform and application infrastructure.
• (f) Expat (expats-moving.com), as the hosting and publishing provider for websites created on the platform.
• (g) Google Analytics (GA4), for measuring and analysing traffic on published sites, when configured by the site owner.
• (h) WhatsApp, for messaging features integrated into published sites (floating button and thank-you messages).
• (i) Public administrations when there is a legal obligation.

We will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to providers located outside the European Union (mainly the United States), ensuring in all cases compliance with the GDPR through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Mobile App Permissions

The mobile application may request the following permissions:

• ▸ Camera and gallery (optional): to upload photos and images to your websites.

11. Minors

Our services are not directed at minors under 14 years of age. We do not deliberately collect data from minors without the authorization of parents or legal guardians.

12. Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Virtual Assistant

Webpi uses various artificial intelligence technologies to generate and improve website content. The types of AI used and the providers that supply them are detailed below:

• ▸ Text and content generation using language models from OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude), to create websites, pages, sections, blog articles, legal texts, guides, SEO and improve writing.
• ▸ AI image generation to create logos, favicons, gallery images, headers and visual sections.
• ▸ Audio-to-text transcription (Whisper) to convert audio files into text.
• ▸ Text-to-speech synthesis to generate spoken audio from text.
• ▸ Video generation (Google Veo) to create videos using AI.
• ▸ Data extraction from uploaded files to process documents, spreadsheets, images and PDFs.
• ▸ Automatic translation to translate websites into several languages.

Virtual Assistant

Webpi incorporates an AI-based virtual assistant both in the creation platform (platform assistant) and in published websites (chat widget). The assistant processes the text of messages and queries to generate responses. In published sites, the visitor must give express consent through a checkbox before sending any message. Messages and responses may be logged for service improvement and moderation purposes, in accordance with the GDPR. AI providers do not use the content to train their models.

13. Modifications

We may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes. We recommend reviewing it periodically. We will notify significant changes through the application or by email.
