Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Webpi ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Webpi is a digital creation platform that facilitates the generation and publication of professional websites using artificial intelligence, for personal and commercial use.

2. Age and Eligibility Requirements

This platform is intended for users over 14 years of age. By registering with Webpi, you declare and guarantee that:

• ▸ You are at least 14 years old or have authorization from parents or legal guardians.
• ▸ You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (or authorization where applicable).
• ▸ You are not prohibited by law from using our services.
• ▸ All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

3. Description of Services

Webpi provides the following services:

• ▸ Website Generation: Creation of complete websites using AI.
• ▸ Visual Editor: Customization of content, styles and sections.
• ▸ Automatic Publishing: Deployment to external hosting (Expat, expats-moving.com).
• ▸ Blog Generation: Creation of articles using AI.
• ▸ Team Management: Collaboration with multiple users on the same project.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. It is your responsibility to:

• ▸ Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• ▸ Maintain the security of your password.
• ▸ Immediately notify any unauthorized use.
• ▸ Not share your account with third parties.

4.2 Suspension and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you generate or publish on Webpi. However, by publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. The following is strictly prohibited:

• ▸ Illegal, obscene or offensive content.
• ▸ Material that infringes copyright or intellectual property.
• ▸ False or misleading information.
• ▸ Harassment, threats or hate speech.
• ▸ Content that violates the privacy of third parties.

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove or reject any content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Transactions and Payments

6.1 Purchases

All purchases made on the Platform (website publishing, etc.) are securely processed by certified external providers (Stripe). No refunds are issued except in exceptional circumstances determined by Webpi.

6.2 AI Content Generation

Generating websites and other content using AI requires prior payment of the service. Once the publishing process has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it involves processing costs with external providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, including design, code, logos, trademarks and Webpi's own content, are the exclusive property of JESÚS MANUEL MARTÍN DE LOS SANTOS or its licensors.

It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our services without express written authorization.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We recommend reading it carefully.

• ▸ We collect and process data necessary to provide our services.
• ▸ Your data is stored securely and not sold to third parties.
• ▸ You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webpi is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpi shall not be liable for:

• ▸ Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• ▸ Loss of profits, data or reputation.
• ▸ Actions of third-party users of the Platform.
• ▸ Technical problems or system failures.
• ▸ Content generated by users using AI.

10. User Conduct

By using Webpi, you agree to:

• ▸ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• ▸ Respect the rights of other users.
• ▸ Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• ▸ Not use bots, scripts or automated tools without authorization.
• ▸ Not impersonate other persons or entities.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute related to the use of Webpi, both parties agree to try to resolve it in good faith through direct negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes shall take effect immediately after their publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• ▸ Violation of these Terms.
• ▸ Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• ▸ Request from competent authorities.
• ▸ Non-payment for contracted services.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Webpi.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
